Frank Martinez of House Comfort Solutions came out on a Sunday in mid-August and quickly diagnosed the issue with our HVAC system. He didn't have the necessary parts in his truck to complete the repair but assisted us with a temporary "fix", immediately called in the order, and returned the following day. At all times, Frank was professional, and on Monday the repair was completed. Having HVAC problems on a weekend could have been a nightmare, but thanks to House Comfort Solutions we weathered the heat quite well. We would recommend this company with 5 stars!

Frank took the time to answer many questions I had about how to properly maintain the HVAC unit. He was happy to share his knowledge and give me valuable tips. Frank was friendly and personable and very thorough inspecting the unit indoor/outdoor and proceeding with the maintenance.
