Cam came out, inspected the system, and quickly identified several solutions to help keep our existing unit running more efficiently while also improving the air quality in our home, which was especially important to us with small children. What really stood out during that first visit was that our unit was already 14 years old, yet Cam never pressured us into replacing it. His focus was on getting our current system functioning properly and giving us practical options rather than trying to make a sale. A few weeks later, the unit began freezing up again due to its age, so we reached back out about replacement options. Cam provided a very competitive quote, thoroughly explained our options, and gave us recommendations for improving the new system, including adding MERV filtration to improve our home’s air quality. They were originally booked several weeks out, but knowing we had small children and couldn’t realistically go that long without AC, Cam found a way to squeeze us into the schedule the following week. They arrived around 9:00 AM and had the new system installed and running by approximately 3:00 PM, while also cleaning the ductwork throughout our home. We asked plenty of questions throughout the process, and Cam and his team took the time to answer every one of them and make sure we were comfortable with the equipment, installation, and overall solution. Frank Martinez of House Comfort Solutions came out on a Sunday in mid-August and quickly diagnosed the issue with our HVAC system. He didn't have the necessary parts in his truck to complete the repair but assisted us with a temporary "fix", immediately called in the order, and returned the following day. At all times, Frank was professional, and on Monday the repair was completed. Having HVAC problems on a weekend could have been a nightmare, but thanks to House Comfort Solutions we weathered the heat quite well. We would recommend this company with 5 stars!

Frank took the time to answer many questions I had about how to properly maintain the HVAC unit. He was happy to share his knowledge and give me valuable tips. Frank was friendly and personable and very thorough inspecting the unit indoor/outdoor and proceeding with the maintenance.
