After several issues with our A/C over the past few months, Cam and Tony never gave up. They came out multiple times, found and repaired three separate leaks, and were incredibly thorough every step of the way. Tony was absolutely fantastic. We were dealing with what we thought was a major AC issue — the system had completely lost refrigerant and we were worried it was going to be a condenser or evaporator coil replacement. Tony took his time, pressure tested the system properly, and did not jump to conclusions.
He methodically checked both the attic unit and the outdoor condenser, explained everything clearly, and ultimately found the issue at an outside fitting with a worn O-ring. Instead of recommending expensive unnecessary parts, he fixed the actual problem, resealed it, pressure tested again, vacuumed the system, and properly recharged it.
He was thorough, honest, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. We really appreciated that he double-checked his diagnosis before moving forward and didn’t try to upsell anything.
Highly recommend Tony if you want someone who actually diagnoses the issue and fixes it correctly the first time.
